Recent Weeks

So, here's what's currently going on in the Dickinson household....Yep, packing. (And did I mention cleaning?) We are getting ready to move all of our stuff out of our current house/storage unit and get it ready to take to Virginia. Unfortunately since our stuff is in two different places, we have to do the moving ourself. It is a pain, but hopefully we will at least make a little money for our effort :) We will be moving into our new house on Monday of next week, and I can't wait to get there! We won't have internet for several days, but I will be sure to put up pictures once we get everything settled in. Also, be on the lookout for phone calls from me during our 16+ hours on the road :)

We've had a fun couple of weekends for the past two weeks. First we celebrated Dan's birthday with some putt-putt and a nice dinner out at Bonefish. Plus since Dan's birthday is in October it always gets lumped in with Halloween, so we carved pumpkins too. We always love doing the cool designs! This year we couldn't agree on which one to do, so we both carved a pumpkin :)

The next weekend was Kristie and Ryan's wedding. Ryan is in Dan's training class, and we met Kristie when she moved here to be with Ryan for training. They had a beautiful wedding on the beach and we had fun celebrating with them.

That's about it for us...this weekend is graduation and then Sunday we're outta here!!! We're looking forward to seeing our families before the big move!
